VBrick, a privately held provider of IP video services, has raised $5 million in a round of venture capital, according to a new filing by the company with federal securities regulators. Investors in the company include Menlo Ventures, Morgan Stanley, RedShift Ventures, and Adams Capital Management. Nine separate investors participated in this offering.
