Ubicquia, a leader of intelligent infrastructure solutions, announced the close of its $106 million Series D investment. The growth round was led by 67 Capital and Marunouchi Innovation Partners with support from existing investors Hamilton Lane, ClearSky, GMS, and strategic partner, Sercomm.

This investment comes at a time when utilities, police departments and municipalities are rapidly adopting AI-enabled systems to strengthen grid resilience, reduce energy costs, and improve security and safety. This funding will accelerate AI development across solutions and expand direct sales initiatives both domestically and internationally.
