2020-06-25
FRISCO, TX, Trivie has closed a $5 million Series A investment round led by Cottonwood Venture Partners.
Trivie, an adaptive learning platform that helps companies better engage their workforce in knowledge retention and communication, has closed a $5 million Series A investment round led by Cottonwood Venture Partners ("CVP"). Trivie will use the proceeds to increase the distribution of its remote learning technology across energy, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, consumer goods, and other industries.
According to recent Gallup data, 62% of Americans are working from home during the coronavirus pandemic. More than ever, companies need to understand what their employees know and do not know and to ensure that training and communication is retained. Effectively implementing this information flow is extremely difficult and even harder to measure, especially in today's remote working environment. Trivie solves these unique challenges with a 100% self-service automated knowledge retention platform that can be deployed in minutes.
"At Trivie, our mission is to ensure that every employee at every organization can be at their very best because they remember what you need them to know," says Lawrence Schwartz, CEO, and Co-founder at Trivie. "We are extremely excited to partner with Cottonwood Venture Partners to help us expand our footprint in the Fortune 1000, and to continue to execute on that mission," said Schwartz.
Jeremy Arendt, Managing Partner of CVP, added, "The Trivie team's success to date has been remarkable and we are humbled to partner with them to expand Trivie's reach as organizations increasingly look to maximize knowledge retention, particularly as it relates to health and safety."
