TinderBox, the leading cloud-based platform for sales efficiency and brand consistency, today announced it has secured $1.3 million in Series B funding. Participation included new and existing local investors, as well as FundersClub, the world's first online venture capital platform. The funding will support further development of the company's solution and will accelerate customer acquisition via expanded sales and marketing efforts. TinderBox is the first company outside of Silicon Valley to secure funding via FundersClub.

Launched in 2010, the TinderBox software solution for sales and marketing teams accelerates the "speed to sale." TinderBox entered the market as a proposal management platform -- offering a method to reduce the time, inconsistency and uncertainty associated with sales proposals. Since its launch, the TinderBox solution has evolved into a comprehensive management solution for marketing and sales content, including proposals, sales presentations and contracts.
