TFLiving enables residential and commercial real estate owners and property managers to coordinate, schedule and manage a comprehensive, customizable suite of amenities - including fitness programs, resident events, dog walking and massage services - designed to add instant value and enhance their tenants' and residents' on-property experience. TFLiving's mobile-first platform allows residents, tenants and independent amenity providers to directly manage amenities via their smartphone or tablet, freeing up valuable time and energy for real estate and property management employees.

Proceeds from the fundraise are going toward supporting and scaling Master Service Agreements TFLiving has inked with a number of major U.S. residential and commercial real estate owners, as well as adding to the company's executive staff.
