Wei was part of the founding team of Diapers.com and has served as its CTO since 2005. Diapers.com was renamed Quidsi and was sold to Amazon in 2011 for $500 million. Prior to joining Quidsi, Wei served as President of Suryani International, a web application development company with a focus on e-commerce platforms, for more than ten years. At Suryani, Wei developed the original system that enabled Diapers.com to manage its entire operation through a web-based system.
