According to published reports, conference calling startup Speek has raised $5.1 million in Series A funding. The round includes $2.7 million in previously raised convertible notes, plus new investments from 500 Startups, Edward Norton, CNF Investments, Middleland Capital, and angels.

Notable angels in the round were Michael Chasen (Blackboard); Timothy Chi and Sonny Ganguly (WeddingWire); Jeffrey Wolfe and Robert Wolfe (CrowdRise); and Haroon Mokhtarzada and Zeki Mokhtarzada (Webs).
