Serval Secures $150M Series C Round

2026-10-30
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Serval, the enterprise service management and automation platform, has announced a $150 million Series C led by Sequoia, valuing the company at $3 billion.
The round brings Serval's total funding to $277 million and includes participation from existing investors Elad Gil, Evantic, First Round, General Catalyst, and Redpoint, and new investors Conviction and Headline.

The round is Serval's third in 12 months, following a $75 million Series B in December 2025 and its Series A announcement in October 2025. Serval will use the new capital to answer what it sees as the defining question for the enterprise in the AI era: what happens when every department can use AI the way software engineers do? AI coding tools have already transformed how engineering teams work, and Serval is bringing that same power to the rest of the company.

Serval is the AI-native enterprise service management platform that automates the work legacy IT service management tools only track. Its AI agents build the automations that power employee support, then resolve requests against them instantly, so any team can automate their own work inside one governed platform. Companies including Fox, Live Nation, Notion, Ramp, and Lucid Motors run on Serval.
