According to FINSMES, Scientist.com (formerly Assay Depot), a San Diego, CA-based marketplace for outsourced research, raised $24M in equity financing. The round was co-led by Leerink Transformation Partners (LTP) and 5AM Ventures with participation from Heritage Provider Network, Bootstrap Ventures and Jack Giarraputo.
