SageCloud, a stealth startup headed by Jeff Flowers, the previous chief architect of online data backup services provider Carbonite, has raised $3.2 million in financing, according to a new SEC filing by the company. David Friend, also a co-founder of Carbonite, is listed on the filing. Nine separate investors participated in the offering.
