PurposeEnergy Powers Ahead With $750K

WALTHAM, MA, PurposeEnergy Inc., a company developing technology to recycle brewery waste into energy, has completed a $750,000 funding round, according to a report by Mass High Tech.

The equity financing bumps up a previous tranche in July that brought in $587,000 at the time. John Keane of King Hill Capital is listed as a director of the company.

The $750,000 round does not name the 19 investors in the round, but Green Mountain Power and Vermont's Clean Energy Development Fund are listed on the PurposeEnergy website as financing partners.
