Proteus Digital Health, Inc., the leading digital medicines company, today announced that it has completed a second closing of its Series G financing, raising over $172 million and adding additional respected institutional investors. This latest round of growth equity, one of the largest U.S. private financings this year and the largest in the digital health sector, solidifies Proteus' leadership in digital health.
The company announced on June 2 the first part of this funding series with $120 million from new major institutional investors based in the United States, Europe and Asia. The funding will enable the company to advance the manufacturing and commercialization of digital medicines.
