Distributed Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in Insurtech, Healthtech and Fintech investments, announced today it has led a $6 million Seed Series investment in Posterity Health, the only digital male fertility center of excellence that offers personalized advice, educational resources, and effective treatments to help address male fertility needs. Numerous preeminent digital healthcare executives also participated in the round, including Gerry McCarthy, CEO of Merative , Laurie McGraw, former SVP of Health Solutions at the AMA, and Don Holzworth, serial entrepreneur and Chairman of the Advisory Board at the UNC Gillings School of Public Health.

Posterity Health provides an extensive portfolio of technology-enabled male fertility services, including at-home diagnostics, virtual visits and in-person consults focused on improving a man's fertility status. The company seeks to educate, engage and treat men, shifting the burden of conceiving from solely the woman and creating a unifying experience for the couple.
