According to published reports, Pipedrive, a SaaS sales solution, has raised a $2.4 million round of funding. Investors include Rembrandt Venture Partners, Storm Ventures, TMT Investments and a group of angel investors, including Taavet Hinrikus of Transferwise. Also participating in this round were Ott Kaukver (VP Engineering of Twilio), Rain Rannu (co-founder of Fortumo) and Tytus Michalski (Managing Director of Fresco Capital Advisors).

The company had previously secured a $1 million seed round including $700,000 from U.K. investors TMT Investments.

Pipedrive's roots are in direct sales. As sales managers and trainers, two of the co-founders experienced an increasing amount of pain with CRM software. There simply was no good solution for managing the company's sales pipeline. So in 2010 they teamed up with talented developers to create Pipedrive, a simple and yet powerful tool for managing sales.
