Serent Capital, a leading San Francisco-based private equity firm that invests in growing profitable businesses, has invested in Optimal Blue, award-winning provider of the industry-leading, enterprise level, end-to-end product, pricing and secondary marketing automation platform. As a subsidiary of Optimal Blue, this investment also includes Denver-based Secondary Interactive, a leading provider of mortgage pipeline risk management, best execution and loan allocation services and technology.

For the past ten years, Optimal Blue has evolved from a product eligibility and pricing engine (PPE) into a comprehensive mortgage automation platform. Optimal Blue's products touch the consumer, loan originator, lender, investor and capital markets.
