Peak Ventures, an early-stage venture firm, today announced it was the lead investor on a $700,000 investment in Omadi, a Utah company specializing in mobile technology and cloud-based CRM to service industries.

Omadi provides mobile app-based software solutions for the security, towing and repossession industries. The app offers paperless reports, on-duty task assignments, photo management and GPS tools. The software provides visibility into the operations of distributed workforces with easy to use tools for the front line and detailed reporting to management. The platform is both iOS and Android compatible.

Peak Capital Partners, a real estate investment and management company and sister company to Peak Ventures, has relationships with multi-family property managers across the nation. Peak Capital is now working to roll out Omadi throughout its vast nationwide apartment portfolio to streamline various property services.

Omadi is one of several Utah startups to receive funding from Peak Ventures this year. Peak Ventures recently invested in ObservePoint, DemoChimp and Degreed.
