Novogy, a developer of technology for converting waste paper sludge into biofuels, has raised $4 million in venture capital, according to a new filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Three separate investors participated in the offering.

Novogy develops and produces cellulosic biofuels made from waste paper sludge, to be used in transportation.
