Monad Launches With $17M Series A Round

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Monad, a security data cloud innovator, today emerged from stealth with $17 million in Series A investment.
This round is led by Index Ventures with participation from Sequoia Capital and headed by security veterans Christian Almenar and Jacolon Walker. The Monad platform helps customers connect data from various security tools into any data warehouse, making it easier to build security applications and compliance workflows.

Monad is the centralized data infrastructure for all your security data. Its Security Data Platform extracts, normalizes and enriches data from the most security relevant tools including vulnerability management, EDR, XDR, IM, and asset management applications. It creates a new schema of the security data known as the Monad Object Model that is loaded automatically into any data warehouse of choice.
