Modus, an AI-native audit technology platform & holding company announced that it has raised $85 million in Seed & Series A funding, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Comma Capital and Garry Tan. The capital will be used to accelerate Modus's technology development and to support its strategy of investing in and partnering with growing audit-first accounting firms.
