PALO ALTO, CA, Application centric software company combining network and application performance management with powerful visualization, analytics and control today announced it has completed a $5.35 million Series A round.
LiveAction, Inc., an application centric software company combining network and application performance management with powerful visualization, analytics and control today announced it has completed a $5.35 million Series A round of financing. AITV led the investment round with participation from Cisco Investments and Enerdigm Ventures.

''We are pleased to complete our Series A financing,'' said Darren T. Kimura, CEO and Chairman of LiveAction. ''This provides us the resources to grow and deliver new solutions to our clients as we continue to simplify the network and transition to the cloud.''

The investment will be used to help the company significantly expand its sales and marketing efforts as well as broaden and accelerate product development. AITV General Partner Brian Nugent joins LiveAction's Board of Directors.
