BETHESDA, MD, Acccording to SEC filings, KoolSpan Inc. has completed a $4 million offering of convertible preferred stock, taking in the amount from four investors. The Bethesda-based connector of network devices adds to a $9.5 million round from last June and nearly $15 million prior to that.
