FireStarter Fund and Brian Hand also participated. This additional funding builds on $700,000 committed in June 2012 to bring the total Series A investment to $1.6 million. The Series A funding round comes on the heels of some key milestones that Kapow Events achieved in under a year since the company's launch in May of 2011.

Kapow disrupts the traditional event planning process by supplying high quality prepackaged options for companies.
