inMotionNow (http://www.inmotionnow.com), a leading provider of workflow automation solutions for enterprise creative departments, announced today that it has closed Series B venture funding from existing investor Madison River Ventures. In conjunction with the most recent round of investment, inMotionNow also announced that Ben Hartmere has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hartmere will also serve as a director on the company's board. Founder Rob Munz will remain a director on the company's board and serve in a new capacity as Chief Product Officer.

Hartmere has over 12 years of business development and executive management experience delivering enterprise-level software platforms and related services. He holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler. Prior to joining inMotionnNow, Hartmere served as Vice President of Business Development for FileONE, a North Carolina-based enterprise technology and services provider focusing on U.S. Secretary of State business services. Hartmere led the company through a successful acquisition in 2007 by Elections Systems & Software, the industry's leading provider of voter tabulation and voter registration services. Most recently, Hartmere led the development of the company's Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Additionally, Hartmere led the creation of a value-added services department, which drove multi-million dollar savings and new revenue achievements.
