Infinity.inc (Infinity Artificial Intelligence Institute), an early-stage AI infrastructure research company building the software layer that makes any AI chip inference-ready, announced it has raised $15 million in seed funding at a $100 million post-money valuation. The round included significant participation from Touring Capital, along with Principal VC, executives at major chip companies, researchers from OpenAI and Anthropic, and other prominent angel investors.
