According to Finsmes, backers included Sequoia Capital, iAngels, and CIRtech.

The company intends to use the funds to grow its enterprise customer base, increase investment in sales and marketing, and create technology for mission critical devices.

Led by Yoni Leitersdorf, CEO, indeni provides enterprises with a platform to identify and solve network issues as well as avoid downtime by leveraging intelligence from a community of experts, machine learning and automation.
The platform monitors devices from leading vendors such as Blue Coat, Check Point, Cisco, F5, and Palo Alto Networks.

The company currently serves customers in financial services, healthcare and retail - including two of the top four credit card providers.
