Medical technology firm, InCytu, has pulled in $1.86 million in a new equity funding round, according to SEC filings. 11 separate investors participated in the offering.
InCytu, Inc. is a therapeutic device engineering company developing immunotherapeutic and tissue regeneration products that transform personalized medicine.
Capable of harnessing and amplifying the body's natural processes, InCytu's breakthrough Cellarium platform technology was first developed in Professor David Mooney's lab at Harvard University. Cellarium's intelligent biopolymer system is placed in situ to attract, educate, manipulate and locally re-deliver specific, functionally optimized and physiologically correct cells.
