Inbox Health, Inc., an innovative digital health and fintech startup that helps medical billing companies better communicate and transact with patients, announced that it has raised $1.87 million from leading venture capital firms and angel investors, closing out their oversubscribed seed round at $4.41M.

Inbox Health will use the proceeds from this round of funding to continue to scale sales and marketing, and invest in engineering to broaden the integration with the billing companies' ecosystems and enhance the functionality of its market-leading platform.

This round was led by Connecticut Innovations, with participation from Metropolis Ventures, I2BF Global Ventures, and StartUp Health, alongside several notable angel investors.

Inbox Health provides a comprehensive patient communication platform to medical billing companies allowing them to more efficiently manage patient receivables. The company analyzes data on millions of patients to personalize each patient's billing experience, and automating the patient billing and the follow-up communication process from there.
