PORTLAND, OR, ImpactFlow, a company whose online tools promote nonprofit fundraising, said it has raised $5.7 million from individual investors.
According to The Oregonian, ImpactFlow has raised $5.7 million from individual investors. The company has an automated matching system to connect nonprofits with businesses that have similar philanthropic aims. The goal is to make it easier for nonprofits to find prospective donors or partners.

ImpactFlow has 10 employees in Portland and hopes to double within the next six months. It's also hiring in three new markets: Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

The company said its backers are private investors in Northern California who prefer not to be identified.
