NEW YORK, NY, Henry AI, a first-of-its-kind AI analyst for the commercial real estate (CRE) sector, today announced it has raised $4.3 million in seed funding.
Commercial real estate is a $20 trillion industry that, to date, has relied on a series of repetitive and manual tasks to complete transactions. Henry AI is on a mission to take commercial real estate out of the stone age, automating this work and empowering commercial real estate professionals to be more efficient and relationship-focused.
Susa Ventures and 1Sharpe Ventures co-led the funding round. Additional investors include: RXR, Arden Venture Arms, Singularity Capital, Unwritten Ventures, Coalition Operators, Pioneer Fund, Orange Collective and Storyhouse ventures. Bill.com's head of product Rami Essaid, Truebill.com founder Yahya Mokhtarzada, ROOM founder Brian Chen and Slack's chief strategy officer Joe Teplow also participated. Henry AI is a Y Combinator-backed company.
