GreenLite, the construction technology company accelerating permit timelines by 75% through AI-powered plan review and compliance solutions, announced a Series B funding round of $49.5M, led by global software investor Insight Partners with participation from Energize Capital, as well as existing investors Craft Ventures, LiveOak Ventures, and Chicago Ventures.

GreenLite will utilize the new capital to expand its go-to-market efforts and enter new verticals, including lodging, industrial and logistics, clean energy infrastructure, and residential development, while further advancing its AI-powered technology platform.
