Glow, the AI-powered endpoint security company, emerged from stealth with $180 million in funding at a $1.2 billion valuation to redefine how enterprises secure the modern endpoint with a prevention-first approach. The round was led by Sequoia, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, and Holly Ventures. The funding will be used to accelerate the growth of the Go-to-Market team in the United States and expand Glow Labs, the research arm of the company.

Glow was founded by Roi Tiger, CEO and co-founder, who spent nine years at Meta, most recently as VP of Engineering; CTO and co-founder Omer Singer, who served as Snowflake's Head of Cybersecurity Strategy; and VP of R&D and co-founder Ophir Arie, who served as VP R&D at Claroty.
