Forus today announced $150 million in Series C financing at a $3 billion valuation, tripling its valuation just months after announcing its Series B and bringing total funding to more than $300 million. The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures, an investor in Forus since its seed round. Every existing institutional investor is reinvesting, including Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Accel, Redpoint, BoxGroup, Pear VC, Vast Ventures, and SV Angel.

Forus is the AI network for medicine, connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to bring new science to the patients who need it. The Forus platform uses AI agents to automate and accelerate every step between a prescription and a person starting treatment, across every drug, payer, and pharmacy in the country, at no cost to providers or patients.
