According to WRAL, Finmark, which sells financial modeling software for startups, has raised $5 million in seed funding from 14 venture funds and more than 30 angel investors.

This oversubscribed round of investors and entrepreneurs included lead investor IdeaFund Partners, as well as Bessemer Venture Partners and Draper Associates.
