F2, the agentic operating system for global credit, announced a strategic partnership with Golub Capital, a market-leading private credit manager with more than $90 billion of capital under management as of July 1, 2026. As part of the partnership, Golub Capital will invest $5 million in F2 and deploy F2 technology and AI capabilities to augment the firm's well-established investment processes. The partnership is designed to enable the firm to apply AI across its investment workflows and to leverage its institutional knowledge and proprietary data.
