Engage3, a provider helping retailers and brands profitably grow revenue and drive store trips by tracking and optimizing their Price Image, has closed a $35M Series D round of growth financing.

This round is led by Arrowroot Capital, with additional participation from Sweetwater Private Equity and existing investors including Black Diamond Ventures.
