Digital Signal Corp., a developer of three-dimensional, long-range facial recognition software, has raised $10.3 million in fresh capital, according to a regulatory filing. Seven separate investors participated in the offering.

Digital Signal Corporation (DSC) is the world leader in three dimensional (3D) long-range facial recognition solutions for government and commercial clients. The firm offers comprehensive enterprise biometric solutions and customized applications to suit customer needs.

In April, the company announced a $15 million funding round from investors including Columbia Capital, City Light Capital, SilverHaze Partners, Novak Biddle Venture Partners and Paladin Capital Group.
