AUSTIN, TX, Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution built for the connected enterprise, announced a new $1.75 million round in seed funding.
Cloudsnap, the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution built for the connected enterprise, announced a new $1.75 million round in seed funding. The round was led by Active Capital. Participants in the round include Houston based Mercury Fund and Austin based Capital Factory.
The recent financing highlights the growing collaboration in the Texas startup community, which features investors from all corners of Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. "We couldn't be happier to have top tier investors from all over Texas participate in our round" says CEO and Founder Rick Barkley. "Our communities and companies become stronger through regional collaboration and I'm glad to see Rick leverage the connected Texas ecosystem," adds Pat Matthews, CEO and Founder of Active Capital.
Cloudsnap has raised a total of $2.25 million in venture funding, which includes the current round of funding as well as the previously raised pre-seed round of $500k in 2018 led by Active Capital. Cloudsnap has seen demand for its platform grow at an increasingly high rate. "This financing round will help us dramatically build out our sales and marketing efforts as well as continue to innovate on the core platform to support this fast growth," emphasized Barkley.
Cloudsnap solves the problem of disconnected business solutions that don't "talk" to each other. Currently, businesses who use applications with third-party integrations must support various types of authentication, API types, data formats, and deal with endless pages of documentation and constantly changing developer ecosystems. "Integration is still a major pain for most companies, and the proliferation of cloud applications has only exacerbated this," says Rick Barkley, CEO and Founder of Cloudsnap.
"Today's enterprise runs dozens, if not hundreds of SaaS apps," said Matthews. "The rise of SaaS allows businesses to use the right software app for the right use case. But the problem is they often do not talk to each other, or to the ERP that runs the core business. Cloudsnap helps business leaders integrate these critical data flows with the push of a button."
With Cloudsnap, you no longer have to worry about integration, infrastructure, or the maintenance of your integrations. "We have spent the last couple of years working to build a technology driven solution that is not only simple to use but cost-effective," says Barkley. The Cloudsnap platform is a "no code" intuitive solution that makes it easy to integrate enterprise applications. Benefits include:
Integrate within hours, not weeks
No dedicated staff needed to implement or manage
Connect almost any business applications
