ClearJet, a leader in parcel logistics infrastructure and orchestration for brands, e-commerce shippers, and 3PLs, announced it has raised a $25 million growth equity investment led by Edison Partners, with participation from returning investors Venture53, Origin Ventures, Salt VC, and SpringTime Ventures.

ClearJet's investor base also includes early backers Sky VC (formerly JetBlue Ventures) and Tandem Ventures. The new funding brings ClearJet's total capital raised to more than $40 million, and will support the company's continued expansion across its network of 95 U.S. airports and investment in its profitable AI-powered logistics platform.
