SANDY, UT, Cityworks said it raised $14.5 million in a round backed by Polaris Partners and Blue Cloud Ventures, according to a press release.
The company will continue to be majority-owned by founder and CEO Brian Haslam and his executive team, the release said.
As part of the investment Bryce Youngren and Dan Lombard from Polaris, and Mir Arif from Blue Cloud, will join the board. Cityworks, founded in 1986, develops public asset and land management software for local governments.
