Chairman's View Inc., the Norwich-based provider of web software platform that helps privately held company CEOs run their businesses, has raised $350,000 of equity investment, according to a new filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Four separate investors participated in the offering.

The firm's CoreValue product is a web-based business software platform that helps private company CEOs maximize the value of their business. CoreValue software, available only through professional advisors, quickly and efficiently quantifies the operational strengths and weaknesses of the business to determine a company's Business Asset Rating, or the ability of the operating business to generate future revenue and profit at or above its current rate.
