Carta raised $300 million at a $1.7 billion post-money valuation. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, and also includes Lightspeed Venture Partners and Goldman Sachs Principal Strategic Investments. Previous investors including Tribe Capital, Menlo Ventures, and Meritech, as well as new investors Tiger Global Management and Thrive Capital, also participated in the round.
