FORT MYERS, FL, CallMiner Inc. has closed a $2 million share offering, raising the amount from seven investors, according to an SEC filing.

CallMiner provides technology to analyze speech, helping companies to hear and act on the original voice of their customers as captured in contact center conversations. Its Eureka speech analytics system automates the process of extracting information from customer calls uncovering reliable information about customer demands, besides evaluating how agents are meeting their service needs.

CallMiner's investors include Village Ventures​ with offices in Williamstown, Mass., and New York; and the CIA's InQtel, headquartered in Arlington, Va., with offices in Waltham, Mass.
