According to published reports, Apoxee, a firm that makes it easy for app publishers to custom tailor their inbound marketing efforts, has raised $1.8 million in seed funding.

The round was led by U.S.-based hedge fund Lazarus Israel Opportunities Fund and Mosche Lichtman. Existing investors including Cyhawk Ventures and Oryzn Capital also participated in the round.
