Aditazz announced its Series B equity round with an investment from RNT Capital, through UC RNT fund, a global investment platform backed by Mr. Ratan N. Tata and the office of the Chief Investment Officer of the Regents, University of California. The fund invests in disruptive, technology-oriented businesses across the world and takes a long-term, founder-centric approach to investing, often relying on its propriety sourcing advantage. The Aditazz software platform serves the design, engineering, and construction industry, and allows organizations to reduce costs, compress timeframes, and achieve strategic project goals. Initially focused on domestic and international healthcare projects, the company is expanding into new areas and will use the funds to continue to build out the platform and associated software applications for use by architects, engineers, owners, developers and others in the ecosystem.

'We are excited that our success in large-scale projects around the globe has attracted the attention and investment from RNT Capital. We are well positioned to capitalize on the need to use technology to radically improve the productivity of design, engineering, and construction for the built environment in India, China, and the rest of the world,' said Deepak Aatresh, co-founder and CEO of Aditazz.

Aditazz has deployed its software platform for a variety of major projects in the U.S. and China. Building upon its success in healthcare, the company will expand into infrastructure opportunities in India including affordable housing, education, and urban planning where the Aditazz platform will bring unprecedented benefits at scale.

'Aditazz has proven that it can use its expertise and software to bring significant value to major construction projects. We're excited for Aditazz to expand its efforts in healthcare and beyond, and in more parts of the world.' - Amit Shah and Ajit Singh, Partners, Artiman Ventures.
