WHITINSVILLE, MA, Company that makes electronic devices for musicians, has raised $722,000 in venture capital.
JamHub, a company that makes electronic devices for musicians, has raised $722,000 in venture capital, the company disclosed in a new securities filing with federal regulators. 29 separate investors participated in the offering.
JamHubs allow musicians to easily interconnect their instruments, control what they hear, and practice silently as a band until 2AM in a house full of sleeping people. Since most musicians have gear that allows them to practice silently, like a guitar amp with a headphone jack or electronic drums, musicians can easily plug in and play.
