DeepScribe announced a $5.2M seed round led by Bee Partners with participation from Industry Ventures and Stage II Capital; along with existing investors Tsingyuan Ventures, 1984 Ventures, Wavemaker 360, Supernode Ventures, Skydeck, Plug and Play and Sequoia Scout Fund.

Launched in 2019, DeepScribe offers ambient AI for medical note-taking, delivering accuracy, custom-tailored output and the affordability of an automated solution. Founded by Akilesh Bapu, Matthew Ko and Kairui Zeng, and based on technology developed at UC Berkeley's AI Research Lab, DeepScribe frees doctors from the burden of paperwork.
