SAN FRANCISCO, CA, DocuSign, which makes software for people to sign documents digitally, has raised $115 million.
According to the Seattle Times, DocuSign, which makes software for people to sign documents digitally, has raised $115 million from investors including three Japanese backers, including NTT. Past investors, including venture capital firms Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Accel Partners, also participated in the latest financing.
