Ginkgo Bioworks has raised $9 Million in Series A financing from Felicis Ventures, OS Fund, Data Collective, iGlobe Partners and Vast Ventures.

Ginkgo Bioworks was founded with the mission to make biology easier to engineer. We have built the world's first organism engineering foundry in our 18,000 sqft facility in Boston and have an outstanding team using the foundry to bring new organisms to customers.
