According to published reports, MoviePass has raised a $2.2M financing led by Chris Kelly and Structure Capital. Additional investors include AOL Ventures,True Ventures, Lambert Media, Moxie Pictures, Brian Lee, Diego Berdakin, MJ Eng, Ryan Steelberg, and Adam Lilling.
