Peak Ventures today announced an investment in ClearVoice, a content marketing solution based in Phoenix, Ariz. Peak Ventures led the $1.1M seed round with participation from Desert Angels and others.

ClearVoice is a software solution offering content tools, workflow, and marketplace to provide the support to execute end-to-end content marketing campaigns. The company also offers a transparent marketplace where companies, content creators, and influencers collaborate to elastically scale their efforts.

'The team had significant interest from investors and many funding options, and we're excited to be partnering with ClearVoice in this next phase of growth.'

Prior to this financing, ClearVoice operated without any outside funding, and since its launch, operated with a lean team anchored by strong engineering talent. Without any outside funding the company is on pace to exceed $5 million in revenue in its first year.

'We hit the product, revenue, and delivery milestones we set out to achieve,' said ClearVoice co-founder Jay Swansson. 'We came to a point where the business proved itself on paper and in practice, and we knew that seeking investment to accelerate growth made sense.'
